My go to easy-peasy overnight oats recipe

It’s Day 3 of the Movement Control Order (lockdown) here due to COVID-19. Am working from home so I have a bit more time for breakfast in the mornings since I’m not rushing out. Also, we can’t leave our homes unless it’s for something urgent or essential. So I’ve been having a really simple overnight oats with banana and peanut butter, before I start my hectic day of video call meetings and responding to a gazillion emails and Whatsapp messages.

Base Recipe:
1/2 Cup rolled oats
1 Cup unsweetened Almond milk
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 banana chopped (I buy a bunch over the weekends, chop them up and freeze them)
1 Heaping Tablespoon of peanut butter (no added sugar)
Pinch of cinnamon
Blueberries (if I have any, I buy them on sale and freeze)

1. Mix base ingredients in a container (glass/ jar/ etc)
2. Leave in fridge overnight
3. Next morning add the toppings/add-ons
4. Yum!

Just for fun… I recorded myself prepping my overnight oats. 🙂 No music, no voice-over. ASMR-ish?
