Where to buy leather & leather tools in Malaysia:
- Kelang Leather
- https://shopee.com.my/kelangleather
- Beautiful leather pieces, quick delivery, generous free gifts
- I really like that the leather details are listed very clearly in the description so it’s great for beginners (eg. it specifies if this is soft leather or stiff leather)
- CK Foo Tools & Crafts
- https://ckfoo.com/
- Bought some veg tanned leather here, all leather flaws are identified so you know exactly what you are getting. Some of the tools are cheaper from this shop.
- Yee Button Sdn Bhd
- https://shopee.com.my/ykmcarmen
- I used to frequent the physical shop and it’s nice to see they are selling online as well. They have a specific category for leather crafting items.
- Note: Shopee in general is a great place to search for leather and leather working tools. Some sellers are based in China and some are local. I’ve seen leather scraps selling for RM14 per 1kg (!) but I haven’t bought those before because I’ve started buying proper leather panels for my personal projects.
